In 2014, Cleankill approached Bantham, keen to see if our digital solutions could take the sting out of their paperwork. Cleankill were reliant on completing carbonated forms in the field, returning them to the office and entering the data into their operating system.
Cleankill found that working this way meant carbon copies could be lost, the imprint could fade, and handwriting would be difficult to decipher. This all slowed Cleankill’s business processes.

With many daily visits and an expanding team, Cleankill were keen to start their digital transformation and get their field technicians communicating seamlessly with the office teams and their clients.

This solution kick started a new way of working for Cleankill. With the help of the digital pen, staff out in the field were sending real-time data back to the office.
So how does the Digital Smartpen work? Its a seamless paper light solution that uses self-generated digitised paper. The magic happens when the forms data is instantly sent by pairing the Digital Smartpen with your mobile device. Every hand stroke written on the form is recorded. Once the form is complete, the critical data will be sent to your office instantly. With the paper form now complete, a copy can be left for the customer.

As Cleankill expanded their business, so did Bantham. Developments in the technical world meant we could now offer a completely paperless solution. With a keen eye on the environment, Cleankill transitioned to our Digital Forms. Using smart phones and tablets every field engineer or technician can now record and send data with a click of a button. They can even send photos, and get signatures.
